Davitt Road, A new Strategic Housing Development

This exciting development proposal will consist of 265 ‘Build-to-Rent’ units in 4no. 3-7 storey blocks. Hawthorn, Bird Avenue, Clonskeagh, Dublin 14

Launched in 2017, Hawthorn is a residential development of high quality A-rated homes in one of South Dublin’s most popular locations on Bird Avenue, Clonskeagh.

Sympathetically designed in keeping with the established character of the area, we have taken an imaginative approach to create a central landscaped open space surrounded by a rich mix of house types, including three and four-bedroom houses, three-bedroom duplex units and two-bedroom own-door apartments. Merrion Hall, Mount Merrion Avenue, Blackrock, Co. Dublin

This joint venture development comprised 45 luxury residential apartments on a confined site in one block over a basement ranging in height from five to seven storeys with associated demolition/site clearance works, site development works, landscaping and service connections. All apartments were fully finished out ready for sale.

Booterstown Wood, Booterstown, Co. Dublin

This building contract for a private client comprised 64 luxury apartments in two blocks over double basements, ranging in height from three to eight storeys, with associated site development works, landscaping and service connections. Site conditions required us to deal with a high water table, and to provide sheet and driven piles. All apartments were fully finished out ready for sale.

Charlesland Grove and Charlesland Park, Greystones, Co. Wicklow

Comprising houses, duplexes and apartments, this development of 520 residential units included construction of four crèches, all related site clearance and development works, landscaping, service connections and associated works.

Sylvanmount, Ballybride Road, Rathmichael, Co. Dublin

Spacious, stylish and perfectly finished inside and out, launched in 2017 this development of four A2-rated premium family homes draws inspiration from the site’s Georgian heritage by combining the best of contemporary living and technologies with a deep appreciation for traditional aesthetics and quality craftsmanship.

Commanding a wonderful prospect along the coast from Dalkey Island to Bray Head, the houses are perfectly arranged and finished inside and out to offer an exemplary home for every stage of family life. Three of the four houses in this development have already been sold.

Wingfield, Bray, Co. Dublin

Wingfield is a superior development of 17 four-bedroom homes located on a prime site close to Woodbrook Golf Club in Bray, with an impressive range of specifications and contemporary features.

Carrigmore and Carrig Court, Saggart, Co. Dublin

Completed over five phases, this major new homes development totalled over 1,000 residential units, comprised of ten different types of houses, duplexes and apartments. As part of the project, we were contracted by South Dublin County Council to realign and widen Fortunestown Lane and construct a new 1.2km distributor road.

The development also required us to complete five basement car park areas, driven piled foundations to part of the site, all related site clearance and development works, delivery of a public park and playground, landscaping, service connections and associated works. This project was a joint venture, with the construction value in excess of €100 million.

Esker Manor, Lucan, Co. Dublin

We built this development of 118 residential units comprising houses, duplexes and apartments, along with one crèche, in eight blocks, ranging in height from two to four storeys. We also completed two basement car park areas, all related demolition/site clearance and site development works, landscaping, service connections and associated works.

Frankfort Court, Dundrum, Dublin 14

This development required us to complete 14 residential units, together with associated demolition/site clearance works, site development works, landscaping, service connections and associated works to complete the units for sale.

Aubreyville, Shankhill, Co. Dublin

This development required us to complete 14 residential units, together with associated demolition/site clearance works, site development works, landscaping, service connections and associated works to complete the units for sale.

York Court, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin

This development comprised 22 apartments and duplexes in three 3-storey blocks, together with two blocks over a basement car park and associated demolition/site clearance works, site development works, landscaping, service connections and 5,000 square feet of office space.

Rivervale, Dargle Road, Bray, Co. Wicklow

We built this 39-apartment development in three four-storey blocks over a basement car park, along with associated demolition/site clearance works, site development works, landscaping, service connections and associated works.

Engleberg Court, Dun Laoghaire, Co. Dublin

This development required us to complete nine residential units (apartments and houses) including the refurbishment of a protected structure and associated demolition/site clearance works, site development works, landscaping, service connections and associated works to complete the units for sale.

Carmichael Hall, Columbanus Road, Dundrum, Dublin 14

We completed this 32-apartment development in two three-storey blocks, along with associated demolition/site clearance works, site development works, landscaping, service connections and associated works. This project required significant liaison and co-ordination to ensure the successful delivery of the Luas Green Line at Windy Arbour.

Palmerstown Square, Dublin 20

We built this development of 46 apartments in three blocks ranging in height from two to three storeys with a basement car park, together with associated demolition/site clearance works, site development works, landscaping, service connections and full completion of associated works.

Claremount, Shankhill, Co. Dublin

This development called for the completion of 12 apartments in a single block, along with associated demolition/site clearance works, site development works, landscaping, service connections and full completion for sale of properties.
